ARCH Affordable Housing at Allez Apartments
Allez Apartments is
proud to partner with the City of Redmond and ARCH (A Regional Coalition for
Housing) to offer affordable housing options for moderate-income households.
Through the ARCH program, select apartment homes at Allez are available at
rent-restricted rates to help provide stable housing within the Redmond
community. Availability is limited - please contact our leasing team to learn
more about the program and how to apply.
Qualification
Requirements
To
qualify for an ARCH home, applicants must complete a Tenant Income
Certification Form during both the initial application and annual
recertification. Supporting income documentation is required, and additional
materials may be requested to meet ARCH audit standards.
